Each world has its own center.
The center coordinates how consciousness and the body work together.
Head center: the mind
The head center organizes our experience in the outer world.
This center is located in the brain and functions in consciousness as the mind. The head center relies on thinking and rationality to solve the problems of the outer world.
The head center is the locus of our mental functioning. The brain is the objective part; the mind is the subjective part. The head center gives us a sense of self-control in our life.
Heart Center: the heart
The heart center is located in the heart and regulates our inner world. The heart center works in parallel with the head center.
The head processes thoughts about our world, the heart feels and intuits our inner reality.
This inner reality helps to keep the outer reality in perspective.
